Memberships
The golf courses at the Plantation, The Otter Creek and The Cranes Roost golf courses, are under the Management of the Plantation Residents Golf Club. We are currently offering membership to our residents and the public in general.
THE PRGC IS OFFERING TWO TYPES OF MEMBERSHIPS AND TWO ASSOCIATED MEMBERSHIPS.
Golf Equity Member
- Must purchase an equity share at the price established by the Board of Directors (currently $5,000)
- Monthly dues of $174.00 (plus tax)
- Trail fees of $500 per year (plus tax)...Only one per household
- Membership to both Otter Creek and Cranes Roost courses
- Preferred tee times and other special benefits only available to Equity Members (see Benefits for Equity Members below)
Associate Member to Equity Member
- Will be a member of both Otter Creek and Cranes Roost
- $100.00 Initiation (one time fee)
- Monthly Dues of $60.00 (plus tax)
- Green Fees at a 35% reduction
Golf Non Equity Member
- Will be a member of Otter Creek only
- $1500.00 Initiation Fee (one time fee)
- Monthly Dues of $199.00 (plus tax)
- Trail Fee of $500.00/yr. (plus tax)…Only one per household
Associate Member to Golf Non Equity Member
- Will be member of Otter Creek only
- $100.00 Initiation Fee (one time fee)
- Monthly Dues of $60.00 (plus tax)
- Green Fees at a 35% reduction
Membership Benefits
Benefits for Equity Members
- Membership to both courses
- Reduced Monthly Dues
- Preferred tee times over other types of members and the general public
- Four coupons for free play for guests
- Out of state guests of equity members get $5 off the prevailing rate when accompanied by an equity member
- A 10% discount off list price for pro shop merchandise
- A 10% discount off the purchase of meals at Plantation Oaks
- Can purchase 30 range tokens (a $105 value) for $50
- Handicap is maintained by the club at no cost to the member
- Ability to sell membership back to PRGC at the rate of 100%
- Profit Sharing
- Board of Directors comprised of Equity Members only
- Equity Members have voting rights
Benefits for Otter Creek Members
- Otter Creek members can play Cranes Roost for $10 off the going greens fee
- Two coupons for free play for guests
- Initiation fee will be credited toward purchase of equity membership
Share Sale
- PRGC shall have right of first refusal
- All share prices will be established and published by the PRGC Board of Directors
- The PRGC will offer Equity Memberships to those on the waiting list on a first come first served basis.
- The PRGC may repurchase Charter Equity Shares, if offered, and split into 5 Golf Equity Memberships

- Charter members: 10 days in advance
- Equity members: 7 days in advance
- Non Equity members and Associate members (all types): 6 days in advance
- Public: 5 days in advance
